It is monochrome LCD graphic LCD module, square shape of 160*160 dot-matrix. The LCD mode is FSTN positive/transflective with white LED backlight, to to present the classical black-on-white display effect. The module structure of this graphic LCD screen is COG+FPC+backlight. LCD glass thicknees is 0.7+0.7mm, and backlight 2.1mm, making the module thickness of 4.1mm including backlight.
