1.54 inch TFT LCD 240*240 IPS LCD SPI Interface

FT-01516-B-N-A is a 1.54 inch TFT LCD display module, square mode of 240*240 resolution , About mechanical details, the active area size is 27.72×27.72mm and the module outline size is 31.52×33.72×1.95mm. This 1.54 inch IPS TFT display with full viewing direction with viewing angle of 80/80/80/80 (Typ.)(CR≥10). The TFT module is integrated with driver IC ST7789T3, of 4-wire SPI interface connected by 10-pin FPC.  

FT-01516 is only 1.54 TFT display module without touch function. But it is optional to integrate RTP or CTP touch function.
