The Model# FT-01701-B-N-A, this is an small-size 1.70 inch TFT LCD module with the resolution of240(RGB)×280, an aspect ratio of 6:7 (W:H) in portrait mode. Its LCD Active Area (AA) size is 27.97x32.63mm (W×H), and module outline dimension is 30.07x37.43mm.  Equipped with an ultra-thin backlight, the whole TFT module is only 1.6mm thickness.  Featuring IPS Pro Normally Black display technology, this 1.70 inch TFT LCD Display achieves wide viewing angles of 80/80/80/80 (Typ.) (CR≥10) and a contrast ratio of 1000:1. The driver IC is the ST7789T3, which supports a 6-bit RGB interface and outputs via a 30PIN FPC at the bottom.

The operating temperature range of this 1.70 inch IPS TFT LCD Display is -20 to 70°C, and the storage temperature range is -30 to 80°C. It is well-suited for wearable devices.
